The inertial measurement units (IMUs) in the sensors track the player’s average speed, acceleration, ball touches, time on the ball, passes sent and received, shot power, dribbling distance, right/left power distribution, and total distance covered which is a great way to keep track of the athlete’s performance during practice as well as actual games. All the data is then transferred via Bluetooth to the application we mentioned earlier and can be easily viewed by the player and the coach. The app also has a unique feature that lets the coaches compare the different performance metrics of different players on the team so there’s always a bit of friendly competition going on!
